You have to consider that every piece of Electronic's has software issue's and glitches, All of these here can be resolved in some way pretty easy!!!
They are just little niggles that happen with software being inputted and deleted often, instability occurs.
Issue, Nuvi 200 series, ERROR,
"system software missing"
"no detailed maps that support routing"
Solution, needs the Unlock codes putting back on, see the how to, for the method.
Issue, Street Pilot's battery after 2/3 year's is kaput.
Solution, change the battery. (Soldering involved)
Issue, problem's satellite pickup on the 300/350 series plays up.
Solution, Update the software (web-updater), turn WAAS off.
Issue, systems locking up, staying on the current screen, they just need a reset, how ever your system resets, checkout the Q&A and How to's, for your system reset, and then use the webupdater to run an update on the device, all will be good.
